The Top Workplaces recognition is based entirely on employee survey feedback collected through Energage, LLC, a third-party employee engagement and technology partner. The survey measures employees’ perceptions of key workplace factors, such as pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation.
